Prose is seeking a Scientific Communication Manager to shape the brand’s scientific storytelling and claims strategy. You will translate complex research into compelling, credible content and ensure substantiation for all product claims. This hands-on, high-visibility role sits at the intersection of R&D, Brand, Innovation and Digital Product.

You will lead narrative strategy, build robust dossiers, and collaborate with multiple teams to maintain scientific excellence and market differentiation.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific/technical background in cosmetic science, dermatology, biology, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in scientific communication, claims substantiation, or R&D–marketing liaison roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French a plus.
• Creative thinker with ability to translate science into brand storytelling and credible claims.

Responsabilités

• Shape Prose’s global scientific communication strategy and narrative tone.
• Translate ingredient information and testing data into clear, engaging claims.
• Review test results and develop robust scientific dossiers for launches/renovations.
• Maintain scientific and competitive intelligence to identify new technologies and claims opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, CX and Digital Product to ensure accurate, differentiated product claims.
