Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse seeks a Satellite Test & Production Troubleshooting Lead to join the Test Engineering Department. You will diagnose and resolve production blockers, coordinate maintenance of EGSE and test tools, and liaison between Test Engineering and shop-floor teams, ensuring continuous satellite assembly on the production line.

The role requires 5+ years in AIT or similar, strong EGSE/test software proficiency, and excellent English communication.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Satellite Assembly, Integration and Testing (AIT), aerospace, or complex industrial systems.
• Strong proficiency in EGSE, test architectures, network protocols, test software, and electrical instrumentation.
• Proven mastery of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and strong diagnostic skills within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Rigor, organizational capabilities, and excellent communication skills to bridge engineering and production teams.
• Professional fluency in English (daily operational use).

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary focal point to diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical blockers in production (flight and ground issues) related to tests and EGSE.
• Coordinate maintenance and calibration plans for EGSE and electrical tools, maintaining all technical documentation.
• Act as the operational interface between Test Engineering and shop-floor production teams; support non-conformance investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement of the manufacturing test flow and support test equipment commissioning/decommissioning.
