Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse invites an experienced Satellite Test & Production Troubleshooting Lead to join the Test Engineering Department. You will support production on the line, troubleshoot test frameworks and EGSE, and ensure continuous assembly of satellites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Satellite AIT, aerospace, or complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in EGSE, test architectures, network protocols, and test software.
• Proven mastery of RCA and diagnostics in manufacturing.
• Excellent coordination between engineering and production teams.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve production blockers related to tests and EGSE.
• Coordinate maintenance and calibration of EGSE and tools, tracking FAL As-Built config.
• Serve as operational interface between Test Engineering and shop floor production.
• Drive continuous improvement of test flow and support equipment commissioning/decommissioning.
