Next Ventures seeks a Senior SAP SD Consultant for an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation in Paris. The role focuses on leading the functional SD stream, configuring S/4HANA Public Cloud, and collaborating with Finance, Logistics and Project Systems. French language mandatory for client work.

Contract is 6 months initially with extensions likely. Start ASAP. 3 days onsite per week in Paris; English not required for client-facing work as the project is French-speaking only.

I’m currently looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant for an exciting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation with a fast-growing agribusiness power-supply company based in Paris.

Role: Senior SAP SD Consultant – S/4HANA Public Cloud

Location: Paris – 3 days onsite per week

Contract: 6 months initially, with extensions likely

Start: ASAP – URGENT REQUIREMENT

Language: French speaking only – mandatory

Project: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation

About the project

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation is now moving from the Explore phase into Realization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the functional SAP SD stream throughout the implementation
• Own the SD workstream during the Realization phase
• Perform SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functional configuration
• Work closely with the business and other functional teams
• Manage and resolve functional requirements and issues
• Configure and deliver solutions across the SD scope
• Pricing and condition management
• Sales and order management
• Rebate management
• Business Partner processes
• Integration with Finance, Logistics and Project Systems
• Support testing, validation and implementation activities
• Ensure the SD solution is delivered to a high standard

Key requirements

• Senior-level SAP SD expertise – strong knowledge of the SD module is essential
• Mandatory: hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience
• At least one complete end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
• Strong functional configuration experience in SAP SD
• Experience with pricing, order management, rebates and Business Partners
• Strong understanding of integration with FI, Logistics and Project Systems
• French speaking only – fluent French is mandatory
• English is not required for the client-facing work; the project is French-speaking only
• Ability to lead the functional SD stream and take ownership
• Strong business-facing and communication skills
• Excellent soft skills and stakeholder management
• Must be a team player who can collaborate effectively across different functional teams
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification is advantageous but not essential
• Pure functional profile – no technical/development focus
