SAP Contractors is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major ERP transformation programme across EMEA. The role requires strong programme leadership, governance and stakeholder management across business, IT, data, integration and external partners.

The successful candidate will guide multi-functional teams, manage scope, budget and timelines, and ensure readiness for data migration, testing, go-live and post-implementation transition.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years' project/programme management experience in complex international environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent governance, risk, stakeholder and executive management skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

• Ensure readiness for data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover, deployment and go-live.
• Drive business readiness, change management, user adoption and transition into operations.
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear reporting to executive leadership.

This is a senior role requiring strong programme leadership, governance and stakeholder management, working across business, IT, data, integration and external implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the SAP S/4 ERP programme across multiple EMEA locations.
• Manage programme governance, including RAID logs, RACI, steering committees and executive reporting.

Candidate Requirements
