Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager - S / 4HANA to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical SAP S / 4HANA projects. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP landscapes, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across cross‑functional and technical teams—including BASIS, infrastructure, development, and integration.

Location: Grenoble, Budapest, Dusseldorf or Barcelona - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of SAP S / 4HANA projects including system migrations, upgrades, integrations, and custom developments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, technical timelines, and resource allocations.
• Act as a key liaison between business, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Coordinate SAP S / 4HANA technical architecture design, including cloud / on-prem infrastructure, security, and interfaces.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, Activate methodology, and company IT standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables; report status to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience managing SAP technical projects, with at least 3+ years in S / 4HANA environments.
• Proven experience with SAP S / 4HANA implementations, migrations, or upgrades (Greenfield or Brownfield).
• Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, (Agile, Waterfall, SAP Activate).
• Proficient in tools like SAP Solution Manager, Charm, Jira, ServiceNow, and project tracking software.

Travel Requirements
