SNP Group is seeking a SAP Project Lead France to manage end-to-end SAP projects across France and BeNeLux, and to act as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires several years of IT project management experience, strong SAP knowledge (transformations, migrations, S/4HANA), and excellent French and English communication. Travel flexibility is expected in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT project management, specifically SAP transformations and data migrations.
• Experience with migrations to S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills are required.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end SAP projects (e.g. SAP transformations and migrations) for clients in France and Benelux.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement Customer Success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business units across CEU regions, IT teams, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project management standards and methodologies.
