Job summary

Avanda Group AG seeks a Senior SAP DMS/Archiving Consultant to steer strategic and technical decisions for SAP S/4HANA DMS and archiving following a migration. The role is 100% remote with CET core hours, start 23 November 2026 and end 10 September 2027, totaling about 7 months at 25% capacity then 4 months at 50%.

Role Overview

One of our high-end clients is seeking an experienced Senior SAP DMS/Archiving Consultant to provide strategic and technical guidance on their SAP S/4HANA Document Management System (DMS) and archiving infrastructure following a recent S/4HANA migration.

THE ROLE

• System Assessment: Conduct a thorough technical assessment of the current DMS and archiving setup.
• Gap Analysis: Identify configuration gaps and deviations from best practices, providing clear recommendations.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of the current state and a future roadmap.
• Reporting: Deliver findings through an executive summary and detailed reports.

Workload: Approximately 7 months at 25% capacity, followed by 4 months at 50% capacity.

Location: 100% Remote

Core Hours: CET 08:00 – 17:00

Notice Period: 5 calendar days during the first month; 30 calendar days thereafter.
