Job summary

Conexus is seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant to join its Paris-based practice. You will lead end-to-end SAP CO implementation and customization projects, working closely with Finance and Controlling stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.

The role requires hands-on configuration, strong Product Cost Controlling expertise, and the ability to deliver across full lifecycle stages while maintaining client relationships in a boutique consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an SAP CO Functional Consultant
• Proven hands-on SAP implementation experience
• Strong hands-on configuration/customising knowledge within SAP CO
• Good experience with SAP CO-PC / Product Cost Controlling
• Experience with Product Costing processes such as Product Cost Planning, cost estimates, costing variants, standard costing, WIP and variance calculation
• Strong understanding of CO integration with FI, MM and PP
• Experience across multiple stages of the SAP implementation lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling business processes
• Ability to lead client workshops and translate requirements into SAP solutions
• Consulting/client-facing project delivery experience
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Ability to work onsite in Paris 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end SAP CO implementation and transformation projects
• Lead workshops with Finance, Controlling and business stakeholders
• Perform hands-on SAP CO configuration and customising
• Configure and support: Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders
• CO-PA / Profitability Analysis and CO-PC / Product Cost Controlling
• Product Costing: Product Cost Planning, cost estimates, costing variants
• WIP and variance calculation
• Translate business and controlling requirements into functional SAP solutions
• Support integration between CO, FI, MM and PP
• Produce functional specifications and solution documentation
• Manage functional and integration testing and support UAT
• Support data migration, cutover and go-live activities
• Work closely with other SAP functional and technical teams
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement
• Build strong client relationships within a boutique consulting environment

The Opportunity

A specialist boutique consulting company is looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to join its growing SAP practice in France.
This is a permanent opportunity for a hands-on SAP consultant with strong Controlling expertise, including SAP CO-PC / Product Cost Controlling, and proven experience delivering SAP implementation projects.
You will work directly with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through hands-on configuration, testing, cutover and go-live.
The position is based in Paris, with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite.
