New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) seeks an experienced post-deployment administrator for VMAX - PowerMax environments in Paris. You will manage PowerMax arrays, Unisphere for PowerMax, and SYMCLI, monitor SAN health, and optimize performance across virtual infrastructures.

The role requires hands-on experience with replication, TimeFinder SnapVX, SRDF, and NAS Server concepts, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills. Hybrid or on-site options available in France.

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle post-deployment administration of VMAX - PowerMax systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining PowerMax arrays, leveraging Unisphere for PowerMax and SYMCLI. This includes performing various administrative tasks, monitoring virtual environments, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Access and interpret SAN Health reports
• Compare and identify hardware components of PowerMax and VMAX models
• Configure and manage NAS Server Replication, Networking, and File Systems
• Create, delete, and expand thin devices
• Describe and explain various PowerMax concepts, including Solutions Enabler, licenses management, local and remote replication, and TimeFinder SnapVX
• Discuss and perform various operations, such as File System Snapshot and Clone, NAS Server Replication, and SRDF/Synchronous and Asynchronous replication
• Explain the purpose of options files, environment variables, and Unisphere for PowerMax user interface
• Identify and implement supported features with PowerMaxOS releases
• Install, configure, and manage Unisphere for PowerMax and Solutions Enabler
• Manage PowerMax arrays, storage groups, and port attributes
• Monitor and perform storage-related tasks using Dell Virtual Storage Integrator (VSI)
• Perform TimeFinder clone operations, SRDF operations, and storage group operations
• Prepare the environment for installation and upgrades of PowerMax OS and Solutions Enabler
• Provide overview of PowerMax family array features and understands PowerMax terminology
• Restore cloud snapshots and view embedded applications status
• Manage and configure Unisphere for PowerMax administration and perform administration configuration tasks

Key Skills

• In-depth knowledge of VMAX - PowerMax systems, including hardware and software components
• Experience with Unisphere for PowerMax, SYMCLI, and Solutions Enabler
• Strong understanding of storage concepts, including replication, provisioning, and management
• Ability to perform administrative tasks, monitor systems, and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a virtual environment and manage multiple systems
• Familiarity with PowerMaxOS releases and supported features
• Understanding of NAS Server Replication, File Systems, and Networking concepts
• Experience with TimeFinder SnapVX, SRDF, and storage group operations
