Comforth Easyfront is seeking a Salesforce Project Director (M/F) to lead strategic large-scale projects and provide advisory services to clients and executives. The role emphasizes project governance, oversight, and client management to ensure business objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (10+ years) leading complex projects or programs, ideally within a consulting firm or systems integrator environment.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives and strategic client accounts.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional, multi‑project, and/or international teams.
• Strong expertise in financial management, risk management, and project performance oversight.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Define project strategy by aligning objectives, budgets, and roadmaps with business priorities and executive leadership expectations.
• Lead program governance through steering committees and executive-level governance bodies.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, ensuring their professional development and clear allocation of responsibilities.
• Oversee executive-level client relationships, including escalations, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure project profitability, delivery quality, and effective risk management.
