Job summary

Magellan is seeking a Salesforce Project Director to provide strategic leadership for large-scale projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance, and successful outcomes.

You will define strategy, lead governance bodies, mentor project managers, manage client relationships including escalations and contracts, and drive profitability, quality, risk management, and continuous improvement of PM practices.

• Lead program governance through steering committees and executive-level governance bodies.
• Prioritize initiatives while balancing resource constraints, risks, and changing business requirements.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, ensuring their professional development and clear allocation of responsibilities.
• Oversee executive-level client relationships, including escalations, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure project profitability, delivery quality, and effective risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, methodologies, and tools.
