The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven sales skills, focusing on client satisfaction through effective relationship management. The position demands active prospecting and negotiation abilities to drive business growth.
Reporting to the Agency Director, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s solutions. Their role is to prospect within a defined geographical area and client base.
The ideal profile combines both technical expertise—to explain the features and operation of products and services—and strong commercial skills to build and maintain quality client relationships. Knowledge of the lighting industry is required.

Manage and develop a client portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction
Conduct active prospecting and maintain a strong presence in the field
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals
Quickly identify client needs and translate them into tailored technical and commercial solutions
Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities
Track project performance and gross margin on generated contracts
Provide regular reporting on activities
Proven experience in a similar sales/technical role
Comfortable working in construction and site environments
Strong command of negotiation and sales techniques
Ability to build trust, demonstrate active listening, and deliver excellent customer service
Mastery of the sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up
Strong ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships
Autonomous, rigorous, and effective in managing a client portfolio
Initiative-driven, results-oriented, able to meet and exceed objectives while actively contributing to the team’s collective success
