📝 Job Description

Build and operate the post‑sales revenue infrastructure: from customer conversion through renewal and upsell, creating a reliable, automated, and scalable engine.

You're joining at a pivotal moment where we need to establish rock‑solid foundations before self‑serve volume explodes.

💼 To give you more details about your day‑to‑day at MyTraffic:

  • Architecture & Data Model – Design the post‑sales data model (ARR movements, renewals, expansion, churn); create a single source of truth across HubSpot, Planhat, Stripe, and Finance; eliminate dependency on Excel files for renewals and NRR.
  • Automation & Self‑Serve – Build automated customer management workflows (onboarding, renewal, expansion); implement triggering logic between product and CSM tools; integrate and configure new tools (Stripe, etc.).
  • Planhat Activation – Transform Planhat into the central CS operating system (forecasting, health scoring, playbooks); eliminate parallel CSM trackers.
  • Forecasting & Metrics – Industrialize renewal and NRR forecasting; build visibility on ARR → Invoice metrics; implement cost‑to‑serve by segment.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Align CS, Sales, Finance, and Product on data and processes; work with RevOps maintenance team on full‑funnel consistency.
🫵 About you: Must‑have
  • 2‑5 years Revenue Operations experience, ideally in self‑serve / PLG environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (post‑sales), Planhat or equivalent, billing tools (Stripe, Chargebee…)
  • Builder mindset: you create systems from scratch, not just maintain existing ones.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you thrive in change, ambiguity, and building in a fast‑moving environment.
Nice‑to‑have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS scale‑up.
  • Knowledge of post‑sales metrics (GRR, NRR, cost‑to‑serve).
  • Finance & data governance sensitivity.
