Studapart in France, Cergy office, seeks a Responsable Adjoint(e) – Sales to support the Private Landlords division, oversee daily operations, performance, and client portfolios. You will coordinate, coach, and drive process improvements in a dynamic sales team.

We require 4+ years in sales/operations leadership; fluent French; strong organizational and leadership skills; English is a plus. The role offers a competitive salary and CDI ETAM in our Cergy office with several benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French required; English preferred.
• 4+ years in Sales/Account Management, Customer Relations, or Operational Management.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities; leadership experience.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with a customer-centric approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead stand-ups and coordination within the Private Landlords team.
• Coach onboarding, integration, and guidance of new staff and seasonal employees.
• Monitor KPIs and identify process improvements to optimize performance.
• Manage a dedicated client portfolio and ensure timely follow-ups and satisfaction.
