A leading surface treatment company in Sartrouville is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to facilitate and grow its business in France and Europe. This role requires at least 10 years of sales management experience in a BtoB environment, particularly in the mechanics industry. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strategic vision and a successful track record of managing sales teams. MISSIONS:
Under the supervision of the Chairman, you:
PROFILE (M/F) :
You have at least 10 years of experience in sales management, in a BtoB environment, within the mechanics industry, ideally with emphasis in surface treatment
You know how to sell technical and industrial solutions with high value added to your customers while keeping track on ROI
You have an excellent ability to understand strategic issues of your customers and know how to offer them the right solution
You know how to identify and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
You know how to federate and manage a sales team
You have a real strategic vision
OTHER INFORMATION:
Position based in Sartrouville (Yvelines, France), with business travel in France and Europe
