Farsight Management in France is seeking an Account Manager to work with VIP property owners (hotels, villas). You will stay in touch during business hours via WhatsApp and CRM and provide timely support for owners and managers.

The role emphasizes English fluency, exceptional communication, and rapport-building across psychotypes while coordinating with multiple departments to improve service and loyalty.

Responsabilités

• Maintain contact with VIP clients (hotels, villas) during working hours.
• Provide prompt support for questions, requests or complaints.
• Inform clients about news and updates and share information.
• Launch new facilities with other departments.
• Participate in improving customer service across teams.
