Responsibilities

• Create and enrich sales training and certification content.
• Manage content management system and AI-powered workflows.
• Analyze data to evaluate tools and certifications and track KPIs.
• Contribute to internal communications and newsletters.
• Assist in organizing internal events and training programs.
