Job summary

Mirakl in Paris is seeking a motivated student for a part-time internship in Sales Enablement. You will create and enrich training content, manage the content system, and support AI-powered workflows. You'll work with a small international team to drive sales performance.

This role offers hands-on responsibilities from day one, exposure to cross-functional projects, and the chance to develop data-driven insights and project management skills in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university or business school (Bac+4/5).
• A first experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or project management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and enrich sales training and certification content (presentations, e-learning modules) to support the performance of our sales teams
• Manage our content management system to improve the user experience across articles and videos, and support AI-powered workflows and LMS tools for new hire onboarding
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate our tools and certifications, identify skill gaps, and track KPIs to optimise our Sales Enablement strategy
• Contribute to internal communications across the sales organisation, including newsletters and emails
• Support the organisation of internal events and training programmes: Sales Kick-Offs, Bootcamps, and Webinars
