Their mission is to deliver high-performance, environmentally responsible filtration solutions that support industries and communities worldwide.

The Role

As Sales Director – Europe, you’ll lead regional commercial growth for a business that’s redefining water treatment. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll manage a talented European team, drive key partnerships and shape the go-to-market strategy across France, Benelux, Spain, Italy and the Nordics.

You’ll play a critical role in accelerating regional revenue growth, building customer intimacy, and helping to position the organisation as a trusted partner to utilities, OEMs and industrial clients across the continent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the European sales strategy for municipal and industrial water markets.
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional commercial team (sales and applications) across multiple European countries.
  • Drive pipeline generation and conversion to achieve double-digit regional revenue growth.
  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with utilities, OEMs and engineering consultants.
  • Engage directly with senior customers to support major tenders and complex contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with global leadership on business planning, market development, and regional forecasting.
  • Represent the organisation at key trade events and exhibitions across Europe.
Candidate Profile

We’re seeking a commercially astute, hands‑on leader with deep understanding of water treatment, membranes or industrial filtration. You’ll combine technical credibility with a pragmatic, customer‑focused approach and the drive to grow a region in a fast‑scaling business.

Essential Experience
  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within the water treatment or filtration sector.
  • Proven record in driving revenue growth and managing multi-country sales teams.
  • Strong experience with municipal utilities and / or industrial reuse markets.
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
