We are seeking a Sales Director – Key Account Development to support the company's growth in France.

About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Director to lead Key Account Development in France. This role is ideal for a passionate business builder who knows how to open doors, build strong customer relationships, and lead a motivated team to success.

You will drive growth in strategic end-user verticals such as Groups of hotels, camping, chained stores, restaurants, etc, while also expanding our ecosystem of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and System Integrators (SIs) that deliver value-added solutions to these markets.

Your responsibilities
Business Development & Key Accounts
  • Lead business expansion in hospitality, retail, and other vertical markets, identifying new revenue opportunities and developing long‑term client relationships.
  • Define and execute vertical‑specific go‑to‑market strategies with measurable growth targets.
  • Build trusted partnerships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders at group and headquarter levels.
Partner Ecosystem Development
  • Develop and manage a strong network of MSPs, SIs, and value‑added partners supporting the target verticals.
  • Drive co‑marketing, joint selling, and project execution to accelerate partner‑led business.
  • Support partners business planning and sales enablement to enhance their competitiveness.
Team Leadership & Execution
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing sales team focused on key account growth and partner success.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across the team.
  • Foster collaboration across marketing, technical, and channel teams to deliver impactful results.
Market & Strategy
  • Analyze customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to refine market approach.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and actionable business insights.
  • Act as a key voice in shaping the go‑to‑market strategy for France.
Your profile
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and key account management, in IT, networking, or telecom solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Proven track record of developing vertical markets and winning large projects.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for business growth and customer success.
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator at executive level.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field.
