Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a sales Director located in Abidjan-Côte d'Ivoire. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations, developing business strategies to drive growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring sales performance, leading and mentoring a team, fostering client relationships, and identifying business opportunities to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.

  • Proficiency in Team Management and leadership
  • Success in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent knowledge of west African countries Ghana, Burkina-Faso, Mali, Togo...
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant experience in the packaging, paper, or industrial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
