As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our business development strategy, working hand in hand with our Country Managers across the Nordics, Benelux, and Poland.

Your mission? To identify, reach out to, and qualify new potential clients mainly large international accounts and help expand our portfolio by generating high-value opportunities for the team.

🚀 Your main responsibilities
  • Actively prospect new clients through a high volume of cold calls, emails, and personalized messages, mainly in English.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within large organizations to expand our client base.
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate discovery meetings for the Country Managers
  • Maintain an accurate record of your activities in the CRM and keep the prospect database up to date.
  • Work closely with the Country Managers, sharing insights from the field and contributing to continuous improvement in our outreach strategies.
  • Join client meetings alongside the Country Managers to better understand prospects’ challenges and business needs.

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, or university) and want to grow in a scale‑up environment.
  • You have a hunter mindset, enjoy connecting with new people, and are eager to develop your sales and prospecting skills in an international setting.
  • You’re looking for a team adventure where you’ll have both responsibility and autonomy.
  • You are fluent in English (a must) and in French, any additional language is a plus.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is an advantage.
