Position Summary:

FOH® Europe B.V is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our team to support our EMEA region. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers, business partners and other support departments through exceptional, solution‑oriented service. The Specialist supports our vision by processing all orders, assisting with inquiries, and overseeing various administration within assigned accounts.

Additional Information:
  • This is a Full‑Time position with a 12‑month contract (with an option for renewal)
  • Candidate must reside and be able to work in France

This role will start working remotely, but will eventually report to our office in Lyon, France.

Major Duties Include:
  • Actively works with the Sales Director, EMEA & APAC in strategic planning and goal setting of all aspects of the country
  • Demonstrates high energy and ownership towards supporting the (French/Spanish/German) Sales Manager and the corresponding accounts
  • Oversees the internal account administration of a variety of accounts and regions in (France/Spain/Germany) and some international countries
  • Resolves any issues in a timely manner as it relates to assigned accounts including returns, damages, purchase order discrepancies, etc.
  • Accurately processes samples and orders via SAP Business One software for assigned accounts and helping with other accounts as needed
  • Filters phone calls from the general queue, providing excellent customer service and information (e.g. inventory levels, pricing, product information, representation information, etc.)
  • Coordinates VIP treatment of custom orders & special projects with minimum supervision from beginning to end
  • Responds to all communications and inquires within 24 hours
  • Works in tandem with other team members / internal BU to ensure business partner efficiencies and results
  • Assists with shipping team with all export documentation
  • Collaborates with Supply Chain teams on special projects or orders to ensure order fulfillment
  • Collects full pre‑payment on all international orders, unless credit terms are pre‑approved by Finance department
  • Ensures all sales orders reflect accurate currency (USD, EUR, or GBP)
  • Follows up on shipment status and partner with our carriers on any shipment, duties, or taxation issues
  • Translates any documentation or email conversations as needed
  • Actively participates and engages in all one‑on‑one and group meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions
Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
  • College Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, B2B, customer service in an office environment, administrative or field‑related experience
  • Experience with communicating by phone and email to customers/business partners in French or Spanish and English
  • Experience working with international shipments and export documentation requirements is a plus
  • Experience with cultural and business practices of European accounts
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook, and Excel
  • Familiar with Adobe Acrobat PDFs
  • Familiar with ERPs, SAP Business One preferred
