Chico's in Durham, NC, is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers and deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience. You will share product knowledge, help customers find the perfect pieces, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on hospitality and fashion-forward service.

The role emphasizes flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on teamwork, ownership, and initiative to support store goals.

Qualifications

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
