Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate in Huntersville, NC to welcome customers and provide personalized service. You will learn product knowledge, engage in authentic conversations, and help create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience while supporting merchandising and store upkeep.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, a team-driven mindset, and strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and colleagues alike.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
