Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience blending AI, consulting, and change management.
• Solid grasp of AI tech (LLMs, AI agents) and ability to build prototypes.
• Not required to be a data scientist or developer; communicate with business and tech teams.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills to navigate a decentralised organisation.
• Translate business needs into scoped, quantified use cases.
• Fluent English in an international environment.
• Experience in Sales Operations or sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Detect needs: go to the field to surface AI opportunities.
• Frame & business-case: formalise need, estimate value, present to central review.
• Measure value / ROI: estimate upfront and measure post-deployment.
• Rapid prototyping and light production tools: build AI agents.
• Change management: support adoption, appropriation, impact measurement.
• Continuous enablement: upskill teams on AI tools.
• Tooling watch & catalogue: maintain pre-approved AI tools.
• Knowledge capture: feed a shared library of prompts and patterns.
