Jobtailor in Montigny-le-Bretonneux is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics coordinator to manage spare parts orders, track shipments, and prepare delivery documentation.

You will ensure export compliance for military equipment, initiate shipments, and coordinate with supply chain stakeholders, while maintaining inventory records and handling modification requests.

Qualifications

• Education: Bac to Bac+2 (secondary to two-year post-secondary).
• Knowledge of international trade practices (Incoterms, international payment methods, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Operational proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
