Salary and package: €90,000 - €100,000 + 30% Annual Sales Bonus & Company Car

Their advanced single-use bioprocessing solutions, including custom assemblies, filtration technologies, fluid handling systems, and sterile systems, are used by the world’s most prominent pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers across every stage of the drug development and production cycle.

In response to increasing demand and a strategic focus on growth across Europe, they are significantly investing in R&D and expanding their European commercial team, and are now hiring a dedicated Account Manager to support this critical expansion.

The Role

As a Sales Account Manager within the Life Sciences division, you will play a pivotal role in developing long-term customer relationships, building trust as a technical advisor, and delivering tailored solutions that address the most pressing needs in biopharmaceutical production.

You will be responsible for :
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Working closely with biopharma and CDMO clients to align their process requirements with the company’s evolving portfolio of single-use technologies.
  • Acting as the main interface between the customer and internal stakeholders (product development, engineering, and supply chain).
  • Managing and growing a robust sales pipeline, turning qualified leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiating pricing and contracts, always with an eye on profitability, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborating with channel partners to ensure alignment and optimal market coverage.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences, elevating your profile and deepening your market insight.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and commercial insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Feeding customer insight back into the business to help shape future innovation and product roadmaps.
About You

We’re looking for an experienced sales or account manager who combines commercial acumen with genuine technical curiosity and knowledge.

  • Educated to degree level in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field (MBA desirable but not essential).
  • Experienced – at least five years’ sales or account management experience within the biopharma, bioprocessing or single-use systems sector.
  • Commercially aware – able to identify market opportunities and influence decision-makers in highly regulated environments.
  • Technically confident – capable of understanding complex production challenges and proposing fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Articulate and personable – with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
  • Strategic in mindset, yet hands‑on in execution.
  • A self‑starter – driven, curious, and proactive in pursuit of growth.
