Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Data Analyst SaaS professional to transform complex data into actionable insights across multiple subscription-based products. You will analyze the entire customer journey, collaborate with Data, Marketing, Product, Finance, and executive teams, and contribute to building AI-powered data capabilities.

You will work in a fully distributed international team, focusing on growth opportunities, performance optimization, and reliable data analysis to guide business

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based models, or e-commerce.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, segmentation, cohorts and window functions.
• AI-native mindset with practical use of AI assistants and cloud-based tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into reliable analyses and communicate clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition channels, campaigns, and cohorts to evaluate CAC, conversion, revenue, and LTV.
• Identify profitable growth channels and provide actionable recommendations to Marketing and senior management.
• Analyze the full customer journey from site visit to subscriptions and retention.
• Investigate funnels, cohorts, user interactions, retention, and churn to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with Data Science to evaluate experiments and measure impact.
• Monitor payment performance across PSPs, products, countries, and segments.
• Analyze revenue performance and payment risk indicators, including disputes and fraud.
• Collaborate with Payment teams to improve processes and assess initiatives.
• Translate business questions into structured data analyses and standardize metrics.
• Present findings with clear limitations and prioritized recommendations.
• Develop reusable data tools and workflows; integrate AI-powered tools into workflows.
