The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a strong understanding of Configuration and Change Management practices. Could you be the full-time Configuration and Change Management (CCM) processes specialist our dynamic global team is looking for?

Your future role
  • Design, setup, deploy and make the future RSC CCM academy a reality.
  • Deploy CCM processes on Alstom sites, projects and product ranges across the globe.
  • Work closely with CCM training manager and Alstom university teams
  • Deliver remote or presential live trainings on CCM processes
  • Feed and drive the execution of the monthly RSC CCM Process correspondents call with useful and diversified subject with added value for the sites.
  • Be the owner of the Electrical process:
    • Maintain and improve the Electrical CCM documentation (Electrical CCM Handbook)
    • Deliver presential live Electrical CCM cultural change trainings to sites starting to use the process
    • Perform continuous support and coaching to sites & projects already using the process
  • Support GS1 new projects application
  • Perform sites & projects processes adherence assessments
  • Support products range CCM processes instantiation at products program development level
  • Collect good sites practices to be integrated into CCM standards and promote benchmarks between sites.
  • Collect processes evolution requests from regions and sites

  • A University/Polytechnic Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Profound understanding of Configuration and Change Management practices and their interaction with other organization processes and stakeholders
  • Experience in an agile and international environment
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, and Risk Management
  • A certification in a related field would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus
