CITY Laundering Co. is seeking a Route Supervisor to lead 5–7 Route Service Representatives and own territory performance in our Faribault location. You’ll coach your team, drive customer relationships, and manage profitability across routes.

This hands-on, field-based leadership role requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to work early mornings as routes start between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM. A growth path into higher-level leadership is offered.

CITY Laundering is hiring a hands-on Route Supervisor to lead 5–7 Route Service Representatives and take full ownership of territory performance in our Faribault location.

This is a field-based leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, customer relationships, and measurable results. You’ll coach your team, strengthen key accounts, and drive profitability and growth across your routes.
