Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane seeks a Rotor Analysis Engineer (m/f) to join the Rotors and Suspension Engineering analysis team. You will work on critical rotor components during the product life cycle and coordinate ground and flight test follow-up as needed.

The role requires a 5-year mechanical engineering degree and at least 10 years of experience in rotor/part analysis, with strong FEM skills and fluency in French and English. Local contract with potential security clearance offered.

Qualifications

• 5-year degree in mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical part analysis.
• Finite element modelling skills (HyperMesh, SAMCEF).
• Team spirit, autonomous, rigorous.
• Advanced in French and English.

Responsibilities

• To size and substantiate helicopter rotor and suspension parts in static and fatigue using analytical, FEM or tests.
• To prepare, support and analyze ground and flight tests for substantiation and loads assessment with lab/test teams.
• To sustain In-Service activity by supporting modification projects and incidents for helicopters.
• To prepare detailed data/documents for customers and authorities ensuring safety, performance, manufacturing and cost objectives.
