Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teleoperations teams across multiple shifts.
• Manage daily staffing and operational coverage.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new operators.
• Promote compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Monitor operational KPIs and productivity metrics.
• Ensure delivery against quality and performance targets.
• Coordinate robot deployment schedules and operational readiness.
• Manage incident escalation and resolution processes.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and project management teams.
• Prepare operational reports and performance summaries.
• Support customer-facing robotics programs and deployments.
