Wandercraft is seeking a control-focused engineer to advance whole-body control for exoskeletons and humanoid robots. You will formulate algorithms, simulate them, and deploy on real hardware, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. A Master’s degree (M2) in Robotics or related fields is required, with PhD candidates welcome.

Hands-on robotics experience and strong C++/Python skills are essential. Knowledge of locomotion, motion generation, and real-time execution will be valuable for

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with robotics, control, motion generation or trajectory optimization from industry, research or significant academic projects.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Experience with sensor data and state estimation.

Mansioni

• Develop whole-body control algorithms for floating-base robots and exoskeletons.
• Design control strategies using MPC and NMPC.
• Develop online/offline trajectory optimization and motion generation algorithms.
• Improve whole-body trajectory tracking for locomotion and manipulation.
• Model robot dynamics, contacts and interactions with the environment.
• Write efficient, maintainable software in C++ and Python.
• Test, debug and validate algorithms on real robots.
