Job summary

Inspemon SAS in Nantes is seeking a robotics-focused internship to help manage our ROS/ROS2 environment and contribute to the early design of a mobile 3D-scanning platform with a robotic arm.

As a Bac+4/5 student in Robotics or Computer Vision, you will work with C++ and/or Python, gain hands-on experience with LiDAR data and perception components, and collaborate with the engineering team to turn concepts into robust, deployable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bac+4 to Bac+5 in Robotics, Computer Vision, or related field.
• Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 environments.
• Basic knowledge of computer vision (e.g., OpenCV, point cloud processing) is a plus.
• Comfortable with C++ and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain ROS/ROS2 development environment.

Join Inspemon, an innovative startup based in Nantes, specializing in automatic 3D LiDAR data acquisition.
During your internship, you’ll help us manage our ROS-based robotics environment and contribute to an early draft specification of a mobile 3D-scanning platform equipped with a robotic arm.
You’ll work at the intersection of robotics, computer vision, and embedded systems — contributing directly to Inspemon’s next-generation autonomous acquisition system.

Your profile
