RF Engineer – Paris, France

Join ATDI as an RF Engineer in Paris. ATDI is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our Paris office. This client‑facing role combines technical expertise with consulting, demonstrations, training, and engineering studies across both civil and defence sectors.

As part of our international team, you will work closely with customers to help them apply ATDI’s software solutions effectively, supporting a wide range of radio spectrum and network planning projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver RF engineering consultancy and technical studies for clients worldwide.
• Conduct radio network planning, spectrum management, and coverage analysis projects.
• Perform field measurements, data analysis, and technical assessments.
• Provide software demonstrations, user training, and technical workshops.
• Support pre‑sales activities by presenting solutions and advising clients on best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in RF engineering, radio planning, spectrum management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication systems and propagation principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer‑focused mindset and experience working directly with clients.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
