Morpho, a leading DeFi lending protocol, is hiring a RevOps lead to own the end-to-end GTM stack, dashboards, and forecasting. You will build automations, manage CRM hygiene, surface market signals, and help the GTM team close more relevant deals, faster.

You will work in a hybrid setup with Paris or New York options or remote across Europe/US, and you will own the RevOps stack to drive productivity and credibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• DeFi native: you understand on-chain products and user behavior.
• Experience as RevOps, growth engineer, or business analyst at a B2B startup.
• Tech or software background: comfortable building automations and reasoning about connected systems.
• Strong with data: cleaning, modeling, analyzing, and reporting it accurately.
• Business mindset with a critical eye: you challenge metrics and simplify by default.
• Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn’t wait to be told.
• Clear and crisp async communication.
• Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
• Team-first mindset, low ego.

Role

Morpho’s GTM motion has grown faster than the operations behind it. Pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and tooling are split across people who all have other jobs, and nobody owns the end-to-end picture. This role owns RevOps outright and builds the systems that help the GTM team close more relevant deals, faster.

Responsibilities

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days

• You are fully up to speed on the Morpho product, protocol, and roadmap, and you understand how the GTM team operates today.

• You have a prioritized plan for what to build, fix, and delete, and you are already making reps faster.

First 3 months

• You have fixed the biggest gaps and bottlenecks: a cleaner CRM, simpler processes, and the automations, dashboards, and forecasts business developers rely on daily.

• You are central to productivity assessment, rep attribution, and deal tracking.

First 6 months

• You own the full RevOps stack and bridge GTM and Finance.

• Leadership has full visibility into the business to make better decisions, and you lead entire projects end to end.

Must Have Skills & Experience
