Main Responsibilities

  • Continuous Market Analysis: This involves tracking the establishment's activity (bookings, cancellations, occupancy rates) and conducting competitive intelligence.
  • Creating Forecasts and Budgets: They establish medium- and long-term calendars, and plan pricing policies and commercial actions to optimize business.
  • Monitoring Commercial Activity: They analyze key indicators (bookings, revenue, available capacity) and report the results to management.
  • Defining and Managing Pricing: They adjust prices based on demand and the market, establish new rate grids, and contribute to increasing revenue.
