As a Specialist, you build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You’re dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unlike any other.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting products.
• Educate customers on relevant ways to buy products and services.
• Stay up to date on Apple products, services, and purchase options.
• Share knowledge with peers and assist in ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance in daily tasks.
