Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for a Charlotte, NC store to drive merchandising execution and maintain exceptional store readiness. This role focuses on pricing accuracy, promotional execution, planogram standards, and visual presentation across departments.

Responsibilities include leadership coverage, truck and inventory management, and staff development to ensure a customer-ready environment while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution to business needs.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building across assigned departments.
