Purpose of the Role :
  • The role supports the Retail Marketing team in executing trade marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, product presence, and sell-out. It manages POS materials, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures smooth in-store executions.
Key Functions
  • Assist the Retail Marketing Manager in implementing trade execution strategies at the store level to ensure optimal product placement and brand visibility (windows, in-store) and maximize the sell-out.
  • Help manage the distribution of POS materials, ensuring timely and seamless trade executions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support for in-store campaigns, product assortments, and other brand activities aimed at maximizing sell-out.
  • Support in managing external agencies and suppliers, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Support the analysis of sell-out data and trade performance metrics to assess ROI and identify trends.
  • Help compile reports on trade execution effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to improve future strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of trade execution processes and activities.
  • Support the preparation of reports for internal use, ensuring compliance with company requirements and standards.
  • Provide support with administrative tasks related to budget management, including the creation of purchase orders in the system, handling invoicing processes, tracking expenses, among others)
Requirements
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and native-level French (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to work with data for analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for the retail sector, particularly in trade execution and point-of-sale activities.
