Vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur Développement, en tant que Responsable Régional du Réseau Commercial EC.
En nous rejoignant, vous aurez pour missions :
- Define and implement the commercial action plan for the markets of businesses, local authorities, collective insurance and associations.
- Propose commercial development objectives, monitor them and ensure integrity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and reach growth objectives.
- Ensure synergy between commercial networks.
- Represent commercial interests and engage in significant negotiations with key accounts.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of technical rules and collaborate closely with Technical Managers for arbitration.
Management déquipe
- As a manager of managers, ensure proper workforce management, accompany and develop the skills of managers and teams within its scope.
- Define the variable remuneration policy for its scope.
- Contribute to the internal control process defined by GCM in line with the Technical Steering Department.
- Contribute to the deployment and adaptation of NEO and OAV in coordination with the Technical Assistance Department.
Représenter la caisse régionale ou la direction
- In partner events.
- In professional or consulting bodies of the region.
- In national bodies of the group.
- Participate in the underwriting committee.
- In institutional meetings and general meetings of the company caisse.
Profil
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years similar experience, with expertise in property insurance, responsibilities, collective, salary savings and commercial development. Experience in managing key accounts is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Education: Degree in commerce, marketing or related field, with additional insurance training.
- Personal qualities: Proactive, results‑oriented, excellent relational qualities. Strong ability to mobilize and inspire a team.
