GEODIS INTERSERVICES recherche un responsable QHSE et sûreté des flux au sein de son service Excellence. Vous piloterez les audits, assurerez la conformité des expéditions et maintiendrez les certifications de sûreté et qualité sur les transports multimodaux.

Le candidat idéal possède un master en Risques/QHSE, des certifications CSTMD/IRCA ou équivalent, et parle anglais couramment. Expérience 5 à 10 ans exigée.

Qualifications

• Master's degree ou équivalent en Risques/QHSE avec expérience en Supply Chain/Transport.
• Certifications CSTMD, IRCA Auditor ou formation en sûreté logistique (OEA) seraient valorisées.
• Anglais courant obligatoire.
• Expérience 5 à 10 ans sur poste similaire.

Responsabilités

• Gérer le QHSE, la sûreté des sites et des flux et piloter les audits.
• Garantir la conformité des expéditions selon ADR, RID, IMDG et IATA.
• Piloter les audits internes et externes et les contrôles douaniers ou des autorités de transport.
• Maintien des certifications (OEA/AEO) et amélioration du système de management.

Job title

Le quotidien de ce poste s'articule autour de quatre grands piliers : le management QHSE, la sûreté des sites et des flux, le pilotage des audits, et la sécurisation des opérations de transport multimodal.

• Sécurisation du Transport Multimodal & TMD :
• Garantir la conformité des expéditions selon les modes de transport et les réglementations associées : route (ADR), ferroviaire (RID), maritime (IMDG), et aérien (IATA).
• Agir en tant que Conseiller à la Sécurité pour le Transport de Marchandises Dangereuses (CSTMD) ou piloter la relation avec le conseiller externe.
• Valider les protocoles de sécurité pour le chargement/déchargement (gestion des interfaces flux/procédures).
• Sûreté de la Chaîne Logistique (Supply Chain Security) :
• Évaluer les risques de malveillance liés aux flux de transport (vols de fret, intrusions, détournements).
• Piloter et maintenir les certifications de sûreté logistique, notamment le statut d'OEA (Opérateur Économique Agréé - Sûreté/Sécurité) ou les exigences de la DGAC/gendarmerie pour le fret aérien.
• Pilotage des Audits Internes et Externes :
• Interne : Planifier et réaliser les audits des sites
• Externe : Auditer et évaluer les sous-traitants (transporteurs, commissionnaires de transport) via des grilles d'évaluation rigoureuses (ex: SQAS pour la chimie). Accompagner les audits de certification (ISO) et les contrôles douaniers ou des autorités de transport.
• Système de Management QHSE & Amélioration continue :
• Faire vivre les systèmes ISO 9001, 14001 et 45001 sur l'ensemble du périmètre logistique.
• Analyser les accidents de transport ou incidents de livraison, et piloter les plans d'actions correctives (CAPA).

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role revolve around four key pillars: QHSE management, site and flow security, audit management, and securing multimodal transport operations.

• Securing Multimodal Transport & Dangerous Goods (DG) Transport:
• Ensure shipment compliance based on transport modes and relevant regulations: road (ADR), rail (RID), maritime (IMDG), and air (IATA).
• Act as the Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) or manage the relationship with the external adviser.
• Validate safety protocols for loading/unloading operations (managing flow/procedure interfaces).
• Supply Chain Security:
• Assess security risks associated with transport flows (cargo theft, intrusions, hijacking).
• Manage and maintain logistics security certifications, specifically AEO status (Authorized Economic Operator – Security/Safety) or requirements set by the DGAC/Gendarmerie for air freight.
• Managing Internal and External Audits:
• Internal: Plan and conduct site audits.
• External: Audit and evaluate subcontractors (carriers, freight forwarders) using rigorous assessment frameworks (e.g., SQAS for the chemical industry). Support certification audits (ISO) and inspections by customs or transport authorities.
• QHSE Management System & Continuous Improvement:

Formation type

• Bac+5 en Gestion des Risques / QHSE avec une spécialisation ou une solide expérience en Management de la Supply Chain / Transport International.
• Certifications fortement valorisées : Certificat de Conseiller à la Sécurité (CSTMD), certification d'Auditeur IRCA, ou formation certifiante en sûreté de la chaîne logistique (OEA).
• Langues : Anglais courant obligatoire
