Une entreprise internationale de joaillerie recherche un Responsable Paie & Administration du Personnel pour gérer les activités RH en France. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 8 ans d'expérience, une maîtrise d'ADP Décidium et des compétences managériales. Ce rôle comprend la supervision d'une équipe de 4 personnes et la gestion des projets de transformation au sein de l'entreprise. Un anglais professionnel est également requis.

Périmètre : Environ 600 collaborateurs France (retail & corporate)
Le/La Responsable Paie & Administration du Personnel pilote l’ensemble des activités paie et administration du personnel pour la population France (environ 600 collaborateurs), en garantissant la conformité légale, la fiabilité des données RH et la qualité du service rendu. Véritable expert(e) de la paie et manager confirmé(e), il/elle supervise une équipe de 4 personnes, coordonne la relation avec notre prestataire ADP Décidium (paie uniquement), et conduit des projets d’optimisation dans un environnement multi-sites et en transformation.
Anglais professionnel courant – environnement international.
