Job summary

Mondelez International recherche un Responsable Infrastructure & Cybersécurité (H/F/X) pour superviser l’infrastructure IT/OT et piloter la cybersécurité à travers ses sites de production. Vous contribuerez à la transformation digitale et veillerez à la conformité des systèmes et des procédures.

Le poste implique la gestion des fournisseurs, le respect des SLA et la formation des équipes. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise; expérience managériale dans l’industrie est un plus.

Qualifications

• Expérience solide en infrastructure réseau, hosting et sécurité.
• Connaissance approfondie de l’OT et de l’IT industriel en milieu manufacturier.
• Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques.
• Gestion efficace des prestataires externes et des projets IT.

Responsibilities

• Superviser la gestion des infrastructures IT/OT et assurer la sécurité des systèmes.
• Mettre en œuvre les politiques de cybersécurité et les normes du groupe (MINT).
• Conduire la transformation digitale et piloter les initiatives globales.
• Être le point d’escalade pour les incidents d’infrastructure et accompagner les équipes.
