Responsibilities
Coordinate an improvement program to facilitate health, safety, and environment policy implementation within your scope of responsibility. Support and assist the HSE staff under your line management.
Scope of Activities
Key activities include:
- Advise and support site operations HSE staff in preparing operating and investment budgets, and implementing the Group HSE policy, including tools, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 certifications, compliance reviews, etc.
- Define and monitor the progress of the HSE roadmap for your scope of responsibility.
- Define and propose the Regional HSE budget and resource allocation.
- Support team members in developing skills, abilities, and risk anticipation.
- Provide individual support to develop HSE culture among site staff and managers.
- Lead and coordinate operations teams, and communicate HSE improvement programs (e.g., SR3, monthly reviews).
- Assist teams in analyzing malfunctions, non-conformities, and incidents.
- Advise on accident investigation and cause analysis to improve HSE programs.
- Manage the HSE management system, ensuring its integration, monitoring, and updates within the Integrated Management System.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements.
- Incorporate HSE considerations into regional development and capital expenditure planning.
- Maintain tools for tracking occupational accidents/illnesses and regulatory compliance.
- Report on HSE results, management system performance, and significant events.
- Anticipate internal and external needs and challenges.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors to monitor HSE performance.
- Provide HSE expertise and support to management within your scope.
- Manage relationships with official bodies and organizations (e.g., CSE, DIRECCTE, DREAL).
- Oversee tender processes and monitor outcomes.
- Represent your department in manufacturing and logistics trade associations and stakeholder engagements.

Lead and develop your team, ensuring skills align with organizational needs.
Additional Notes
Activities should be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (e.g., vocational training, apprenticeships) to align with their theoretical training.
Qualifications
- Bac Pro - PART 66 B1
- Aircraft Maintenance License issued by an approved PART 147 organization
