Mars is seeking an HSE Manager for the Cambrai site (near Lille) to shape safety and environmental culture, drive compliance and continuous improvement, and partner with the Factory Management Team to influence strategic decisions.

The role requires an engineering degree with 10+ years in Safety/Environment, safety/regulatory expertise, and fluency in English and French. You will lead the local HSE team and ensure alignment with Mars standards.

• Fluent in English and French.

• Build, communicate and monitor the site HSE strategy and annual plans, aligned with global and regional directions.

What are we looking for?

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Safety and/or Environmental management.
• Specialization in Safety / Environment / Quality Management / Risk Assessment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards in Safety, Environment and Quality.
• Experience in HSE systems, procedures, audits and continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence, engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English & French.
• Leadership qualities: autonomy, integrity, conflict management, motivating others.

What will be your key responsibilities?
