You have a commercial mindset with a strong interest in logistics. You are able to establish trusting relationships and communicate clearly to motivate a team. You are result-oriented with an emphasis on flexibility, speed, and simplicity. You possess good analytical skills to understand budgets, costs, and key indicators to plan, monitor, and control activities. You have significant managerial experience in the distribution and/or logistics sector, including defining and deploying multi-year action plans. Additionally, you are fluent in English (written and spoken).
You will create the store's business plan based on global and national priorities and local market needs, working with your colleagues as a member of the store management group. As a Logistics Department Manager, you will be part of the store management committee, leading and inspiring the logistics team to ensure product availability, efficient goods flow at the lowest cost, and the right level of team competence.
You will actively develop and deploy the store's logistics plan, ensuring it is well understood by the teams and that everyone knows how to contribute to achieving the objectives. You will ensure the quality of products, merchandising, and the customer’s shopping experience. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to support sales activities by optimizing logistical capacity and flow efficiency.
You will implement measures to optimize long-term profitability in an eco-responsible manner. Recruiting, developing, motivating, and leading your team will be key responsibilities.
