Michael Page Comptabilité & Finance recherche un Comptable Général bilingue anglais pour un CDI, basé près de Torcy dans un cadre international.

Le candidat idéal supervisera les clôtures, le reporting et l’optimisation des processus, avec une forte interaction avec les entités européennes et les auditeurs.

Qualifications

• Master en Finance ou équivalent.
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en finance ou comptabilité dans un environnement international.
• Solides compétences techniques en comptabilité et reporting.
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central et Power BI est un avantage.
• Esprit pratique capable de travailler à la fois stratégiquement et opérationnellement.

Responsabilités

• Diriger les activités financières, comptables et fiscales.
• Piloter les clôtures mensuelles/annuelles et le reporting Groupe.
• Préparer les prévisions, KPI et analyses de performance.
• Supervisorer la trésorerie, la conformité et les contrôles internes.
• Soutenir les améliorations ERP et l'optimisation des processus.

Notre client, acteur majeur de son secteur à dimension internationale, recherche activement un Comptable Général H/F bilingue/courant en anglais, dans le cadre d'un CDI.

Dans un contexte de restructuration, le Groupe a fait le choix de centraliser la comptabilité de ses filiales européennes au sein de son siège France, situé à proximité de Torcy.

Poste et missions

Reporting to the Group CFO, the Accounting Manager combines operational finance expertise, leadership, and business partnering within an international environment.

As a trusted advisor to local management, the role supports decision‑making, profitability improvement, post‑acquisition integration, and compliance with Group policies and local requirements.

Reporting Line & Scope

• Reports to the Group CFO; member of the European Finance Team
• Responsible for finance operations of a €20M revenue entity in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Business partner to local management; key contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and authorities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, and tax activities
• Manage monthly/annual closing and Group reporting
• Prepare forecasts, KPIs, and performance analysis
• Oversee cash flow, compliance, and internal controls
• Support ERP improvements and process optimization

Key Performance Indicators

• Timely closing and accurate financial reporting
• Forecast accuracy and performance improvement
• Effective cash management and compliance
• Successful audit completion

Profil recherché

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting within an international environment.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Power BI is an advantage.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.

Languages & travel

• French: fluent / native.
• English: professional working proficiency (minimum C1).
• Dutch: nice to have.
• Regular travel to the Netherlands and Belgium (typically 1 or 2 days per month)
